guest plant distribution , 2008

The Ohio Daylily Society is an American Hemerocallis Society affiliate club in Region 2 which includes Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin. The ODS meets in Mansfield, Ohio, on the grounds of Kingwood Center.  Meetings are held in the Kingwood Meeting Hall and/or Exhibition Hall.  There is no charge for entrance to the Kingwood grounds.

There are currently 140 members of the ODS.  Dues are $8 a year, per membership.  With the paid membership comes the benefit of receiving a new daylily guest plant, twice a year, at no additional charge.  The free daylily is grown for 2 years in the member's own garden.  After 2 years, any increase is returned to the club for auction.  One fan is kept by the club member for their own daylily collection.   If you would like to join the Ohio Daylily Society,  print the form at the bottom and send to the address on the form.   Guest plants are distributed to members who attend the meeting in which the plant is given.

The public is invited to plant sales and auctions. Guest Plants are for members only.  [see schedule tab].
