Bus Trip to Region 2 Summer Meeting

The Ohio Daylily Society is chartering a bus to the Region 2 Summer Meeting, which is being hosted by The Chicagoland Daylily Society. If you have never attended a Region 2 meeting, this is a great chance to meet great people, have fun, and see beautiful gardens.  So reserve you seat today!

*Note:  Cars can be left at each pick up location.

 

8:30-4:00         Travel to Chicago                    Lunch and garden stop enroute

4:00-5:00         Registration, hotel and region 2 meeting

How to sign up:

·         Contact you Area POC (see below) and let them know you are going.  Doing this guarantees a place on the bus!

·        Send in your registration ($130/person) for the summer meeting (information and forms can be obtained in the Region 2 Newsletter, going to www.chicagolanddaylilysociety.org or by contacting your area POC).

·        Call and make hotel reservations at the Holiday Inn Select, Naperville, IL (www.naperselect.com, phone 630-505-4900 or 800-HOLIDAY) for the nights of July 10 and 11.  Ask for the Region 2 group rates “GCD” (starting at $99/night).  If you would like a roommate to share costs, let us know and we can help you out.

·        Bring the form below with payment ($75/person) to the Spring ODS meeting on April 26 or mail it to Wendy Schwall, 5621 Lime Road, Galion, OH 44833.
