OHIO DAYLILY SOCIETY (ODS) GUEST PLANT RETURN PROGRAM
The purpose of the guest plant program is to enable members to “guest” newly introduced plants with the intention that the member will grow the plant for two years. At the end of that time, keep one fan and return all additional fans for the auction. The money earned allows the club to buy more guest plants.
Please return the attached form with the name of the plants you will be returning
NOTE: If the plant has not increased enough to return this year, make a note on this return form. It will be added to next year’s return list. If the plant had died, please make note on this return form.
REMINDER: In order to be eligible for the Fall 2012 guest plant, annual dues must have been paid in December 2011. You can contact Judy Vorthman regarding club dues by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org

WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THE STATUS OF THE PLANTS YOU ARE RETURNING OR NOT RETURNING. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN FUTURE GUEST PLANT FORFEITURE.
